GAIT Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through gaitsolut.com, why, and how we look after it.
What we collect
- Enquiry and call requests: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the topic you choose, your preferred date and time, and your message.
- Website assistant (chatbot): the questions you type and the replies. We do not ask for your name or contact details in the chat.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange any call you request.
- To provide answers through the website assistant.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We will not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the website assistant (Cloudflare Workers AI).
- An email delivery service passes enquiry form messages to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail hosts our email inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages if you choose to contact us there.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside The Gambia, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and delete them when no longer needed. Chat conversations are not stored by us after your session ends.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email ask@gaitsolut.com and we will respond promptly.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and organisations and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
